Refund Policy

• The Registration fee is non-refundable.
• All cancellation fees are covered by an optional Travel Protection Program.
• Cancellation fees: from the day of registration, until 90 days prior to Departure: $150 non refundable administration fee. Plus any airline fees (if a Ticket was issued).
• From 90 days prior to departue, until 60 days prior to departure: $500 Cancellation fee will be charged
• From 60 days prior to departure, until 30 days prior to departure: 50% of total cost.
• From 30 days prior to departure, until the day of departure: there will be no refund.

Please submit cancellation in writing.
